What to expect when you visit Hope

We serve coffee from the Deerfield Coffeehouse every Sunday.  So come early and stay late to enjoy conversation and coffee with fellow members!  We also have water and snacks if coffee isn't your thing!

Every Christian church has its own style of worshiping Jesus. We try to create a reverent yet relaxed worship experience at Hope. Our services meet you where you're at - whether you're brand new or have been worshipping with us for years.

Our services are liturgical, meaning they usually follow a similar pattern each week, of carefully selected Bible readings and fitting hymns. Both the readings and the hymns will speak to the need that we have for a Savior and what that Savior did for us.

The service will last about an hour.

Don’t worry about it! Just come on in!

Ushers will be there to help you find a seat if you’re a few minutes late.

There is no dress code at Hope. You’ll see some people dressed in jeans and a polo, and others will be dressed in khaki shorts and a t-shirt.

Come as you are! We're much more concerned about your heart than your wardrobe.

We love having children in our worship services. We believe that worshipping together as a whole family is important, so children are always welcome. At the same time, we know that this is sometimes challenging for both children and parents. If your child makes some noise, no problem! We believe that those cries are the cries coming from our church's future!

However, if you feel the need to take your child out of the worship space there is a separate room you can go to and still hear the service.

We understand that visiting a new church can be hard. From new faces to unfamiliar traditions, the experience can be overwhelming. We'd love to connect with you and learn more about you.
